The Original Somatic Ritual: Why Naós Always Focused on the Nervous System
A Legacy of Slow-Vibrational Work
When Naós opened its doors in Kardamena in 2022, the goal was simple: to create a space where the body is heard, not just handled. While the world of wellness has recently adopted the language of "rituals," for us, this has never been a trend. It is, and has always been, the foundation of our somatic practice.
Beyond the Surface
For over a decade, my work has been defined by a single question: How does the body truly let go? The answer isn't found in a standard massage script. It’s found in the quiet, analogue space of a private studio. It’s found in the way I have curated every detail since day one. From the temperature of the volcanic stones to the specific frequency of the soundscapes.
When you step into Naós, you aren't participating in a new wellness "fad." You are stepping into a protocol of care that I have been refining for years. I don’t just "do" rituals; I facilitate a physiological homecoming.
